“Visited their showroom this morning beside Newlands Cross. I was met at the door by a friendly and approachable gentleman called Ken. He was very helpful and informative, showed a genuine fondness for his job & people and was extremely helpful in his approach. In the 1990’s while working for a marketing company one of my rolls was to ‘mystery shop’ car dealerships. Ken today would have scored full marks. He is a credit to Michael Tynan cars and to the industry as a whole.”

“Following some viewing of the cars on site I decided to go in and enquire about an Audi E tron. I was met by Mark who explained about the the E tron giving both the pros and cons of the car. “Highly recommended. I met with Ken on Monday to look at a 520d M Sport, he walked me through the spec, history and trade-in without any drama. Arranged for test drive Tuesday and agreed a price and agreed a deal where both of us were happy. Collected the car fully serviced, fueled and spotless clean on Thursday morning. “Excellent service, great communication and everything dealt with very professionally by Mark. When I went to pick up the car I noticed a chip on the windscreen that wasn’t there when I test drove the car. There wasn’t the slightest bit of hesitation in agreeing that it wasn’t there before. They replaced the windscreen at their expense as it couldn’t be repaired. Would happily recommend to others and would happily go back for if/when I decide to upgrade.”
